All equipment remains the property of Elegantly covered
During the period the goods are on hire, the hirer shall be solely responsible for the hired goods from time of delivery of goods until returned and acceptance of goods back into the possession Elegantly Covered.
It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure that the hired items are fully covered by either their own insurance or the venues insurance with regard to public liability risks. Elegantly Covered will not be liable with respect to any claims made by any person for the personal injury or damage caused by or in conjunction with the hired items from Elegantly Covered including fitting services.
A £50 security deposit & signed booking form is required to secure the event date with Elegantly Covered.
Your booking is not secure until this is received.
Full payment is required 4 weeks before the date of your event.
If there is no damage or loss to items hired, the deposit will be returned within 14 days of the event date via BACS transfer.
In the unlikely event of any damages or loss of hired items and if the deposit does not cover the total cost, an invoice will be sent to you requiring payment within 30 days from the date of the invoice.
Replacement charges for all Hired Goods are available upon request. Replacement invoices will be issued within 14 days after the Hire Period.
In the event of cancellelation of a booking, The hirer may cancel this booking 4 weeks before the event and any monies paid will be refunded minus the deposit, in the event of a cancelled booking within 4 weeks prior to the event no refund will be made.
Elegantly Covered reserves the right to cancel this contract if at any time we feel that there has been a breakdown in communication or no communication and a full refund of your deposit will be made.
